Alcohol gift delivery policy

Alcohol hampers are previews only. We are not accepting alcohol orders, preorders or payments. Final contents and prices will be confirmed before launch.

Before alcohol ordering opens

Purchasers will need to sign in and complete a secure age-verification check. Both the purchaser and recipient must be 18 or older. Signing in or ticking an age declaration is not proof of age.

Our verification service is not connected yet. Do not send photographs of your licence or passport by email or WhatsApp. Supported identification, how verification works and the privacy notice will be published before any ID information is collected.

Our planned delivery requirements

• Alcohol deliveries must be completed by 9 pm Melbourne time under our business policy. No midnight alcohol deliveries.
• The named adult recipient must be present and show acceptable photo ID matching their name and confirming they are 18 or older.
• A signature will be required at handover. A signature does not replace the ID check.
• No unattended deliveries, safe drops, leave-at-door instructions or handovers to children.
• Delivery will be refused if age or identity cannot be verified, or if the recipient appears intoxicated.

Gift-hamper limits

Our planned range will contain alcohol only as part of a gift hamper, not as standalone bottle sales. Before launch, each hamper will be checked against the Victorian florist/giftmaker exemption, including retail purchase of the alcohol, a maximum of 1.5 litres per recipient per day across orders, and alcohol plus its container representing no more than 50% of the supplied items’ sale price, including after discounts.

Failed deliveries and privacy

We will publish the redelivery charges and cancellation/refund conditions before taking alcohol orders, without limiting your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our intended approach is to retain the minimum verification result needed rather than copies of identification; final provider and retention details will be disclosed before launch.

These are our planned operating safeguards, not confirmation that alcohol sales have launched. Cakes, flowers and alcohol-free gifts remain available.
