Where do you deliver?

We deliver across selected Melbourne suburbs. Include the delivery suburb and postcode in your WhatsApp enquiry so we can confirm availability.

Can I choose midnight delivery?

Select Midnight in your bag. Midnight delivery has limited availability, so early booking is recommended. Check the current booking cutoff on the homepage or delivery rates page. Delivery arrives from 11:00 PM–11:59 PM on the selected date. For a birthday starting at midnight, choose the evening before. Current fees are shown in the delivery rates table.

When is standard delivery free?

Standard delivery is 9 am–3 pm. Free-delivery eligibility depends on your postcode and gift subtotal; current thresholds are shown in Delivery times & fees. Other distances and timed windows have delivery fees. See Delivery times & fees for all rates.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. Add your message on the product page or in your bag. Review your message in the bag before checkout. Greeting cards are available separately or as specified in a combo.

How will I know my order status?

Ask us in your WhatsApp conversation for updates. Online orders are available in My orders when you sign in with the email used at checkout.

Can I send alcohol?

Alcohol delivery is coming soon. You can enquire about our cakes, flowers and alcohol-free gifts now.
