How 12AM Surprises handles information used to prepare and deliver an order.
The bag is saved in your browser. At checkout we collect sender, recipient and delivery details to process and fulfil your order. When you open WhatsApp, your selection and enquiry details are included in a draft message. Send it in WhatsApp to share those details with us so we can arrange your gift.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card number. WhatsApp enquiries remain available without making a payment.
WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms. We use only the details needed to respond to enquiries and arrange confirmed deliveries. Stripe processes online payments, and our account provider enables access to your orders.
You may request correction of your account or order details, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements.
